Our goal is to provide training programs that are designed specifically for each client’s site. Custom on the job training will be conducted at your facility for each employee assigned to your site. In addition, we will cross train employees from other sites to be able to fill in when needed. All RAMCO Protective officers are trained in the use of computer operations, which are used at a number of our locations. In addition to the on site training, all officers are trained and tested in basic security procedures in the following areas before being assigned to a post.
